Update after the UTA

Hello everyone,
this is Tom. To keep people updated with where things are, First Sergeant Haines, in collaboration with the efforts of Sgt Bates, Airman Kolesar and myself, attempted to join forces with Major Margetis and hopefully with the Major's help we can turn this pipe dream into more of a running force to be reckoned with. When new information comes up we will be sure to post it here and let everyone know. Thanks,
Tom

Step Two

Hey.
This is Andrew, and as it's the end of Feb. we are all no doubt looking forward to the next drill.  You may ask why, and I will tell you:
When the idea first hatched, I took it to my friends around the unit and they gave support -in the case of Tom, they made us a real spiffy blog.  Then I went to the First Shirt and told him about it. He then took it to his council meeting and got feedback.  All of it was positive, so we got a scheduled meeting with the people who will act as the final word in how this goes down.  And so, to come full circle, I am excited for drill.
Special thanks to Tom for his work: this makes us look official.
Also, thanks go out to Kim for holding my hand, the Shirt for his support, and everyone who got behind this thing.
Now all I have to do is convince everyone else....

Greetings all our 182nd runners!!

Hello everyone, this is SrA Tom Drummond, and I have created this blog in cooperation with SSgt Andrew Bates' idea of creating a running team, for our squadron along with hopefully the rest of the 182nd, in hopes that we can all compete together at the USAF marathon and build esprit de corps for our unit. Any questions about the running team can be directed towards myself or Sgt Bates on the flightline or through this blog at anytime. Thanks everyone!
